Q. What are the different options for going to the airport?
A. Classic has four different service options.
Share Ride: The share-ride service is Classic’s most popular service. We began to offer this service in 1976 because we believe Long Islander’s deserve a cost effective and pleasant ride to the airport. Each passenger is picked up at their home and shares a ride in a new and comfortable 11-passenger van. The Van makes 2-4 stops in route to the airport. A Shared Van is the most economical way to travel to and from the airport. Classic’s Share Ride service is often half the cost of a taxi, and always a more professional and pleasant experience. Our computer-assisted dispatch assures you that those riding with you are traveling to the same part of Long Island. You will not be subjected to a "tour of Long Island," as you would with other services. You will always receive a safe and efficient route to ensure a pleasant trip. Share ride service is available to any Long Island address.
Private Sedan: The customer has a private sedan ride to or from the airport. The sedan is driven by a professional chauffeur and is very popular with private business travelers and corporate accounts. The sedan seats up to three people. Sedan service can be booked for any Long Island location on our web site. For pick-ups outside of Long Island, call 631-567-5100.
Private Limousine: The customer has a private limousine ride to or from the airport. The limousine seats up to six people and is luxuriously equipped with TV, Bar, and is extremely and comfortable. The limousine is commonly used for families, private business travelers, and special corporate requirements. Limousine service can be booked for any Long Island location on our web site. For pick-ups outside of Long Island, call 631-567-5100.
Private Van: The customer has a private van ride to the airport. A private van is often the best choice with a group of people. If you need extra room for excess luggage for a long trip, golf clubs, or extra equipment, a private van is a good choice. Private Van service can be booked for any Long Island location on our web site. For pick-ups outside of Long Island, call 631-567-5100.
