Classic is currently operating an all new fleet of 44 seat Prevost coaches that are servicing the daily Manhattan-to-Hamptons runs. The new coaches are outfitted with plush leather seats that recline further than ordinary coach seats, and entertainment centers that include DirecTV, free wireless Internet, seat-side charging stations, and multichannel stereo with headsets. Each coach also has a galley with snacks, drinks, magazines and newspapers.

November 2004 — Drive Cam Safety Feature Added

Classic Coach chose the DriveCam Driving Feedback System because it provided the opportunity to capture and manage driving incidents before they become crashes.

The DriveCam Driving Feedback System directly addresses the root cause of most collisions – unsafe driving behavior. Driving behaviors are captured by DriveCam, a small video camera mounted unobtrusively behind the rear view mirror. Risky driving behaviors automatically trigger recordings that are downloaded to a computer network for frame-by-frame analysis using HindSight 20/20 software. When drivers receive direct feedback on their driving habits, they quickly improve.
